DJ Goce

DJ Goce, also known as Goce Trpkov, is an international DJ and producer from Skopje and one of the founders of the legendary Macedonian hip-hop collective S.A.F. He has been involved in music since the early 1990s, when he helped create the group’s first demos, and later produced their cult album “Safizam”.

Hip-hop led him to digging and exploring soul, funk, jazz, rare grooves, breaks, reggae and other styles that shaped his production and DJ signature. He performed and toured with S.A.F., the Gang Starr Foundation, Bad Copy, Strajk and L.D. Pistolero, and shared the stage with artists including Diamond D, Large Professor, Mobb Deep, Ghostface Killah and DJ Maseo.

He is a member of the Dusty Donuts label and DJ collective, a co-founder of the Funky Fresh platform and the Skopje Vinyl Convention, one of the people behind Balkan Loves Dilla, and the owner of Bootlegs Basement Lab studio. His production credits include artists from across the region and beyond, among them S.A.F., Strajk, Bad Copy, Smoke Mardeljano, Bvana, Edo Maajka and Group Home.
