Biography
Danilo Đorđević, known as Faberge, is a rapper and songwriter from Kostolac. His musical journey began during his teenage years, around 2010 and 2011, under a different alias. After a recording hiatus, he returned with “TN”, released in 2020. On Buđenje, he explains how Đorđe encouraged him to get back into the studio and how announcing that single became a fresh start. His return is connected to the crew around Apolo, who later continued working together through Bassivity.
His debut studio album “Sirene” was released on September 30, 2023, followed by his second album “Crni sneg” on May 16, 2026. “Crni sneg” features 19 tracks and collaborations with KZA, Venok, Arafat, Đorđe, Seksi, Vekac and other artists. Songs include “Ročište”, “Tokarev”, “Sam protiv svih” and “Sve za novac”. His discography also reflects his close connection with KZA: friendship, studio work and live performances are central to their story, while each develops an individual artistic path.
Faberge and KZA give their first interview exclusively on Buđenje #16. They came to Niš with their crew, including Venok and Vitić, for Faberge’s performance promoting “Crni sneg”. In the conversation, Faberge traces his journey from early recordings to his current sound, explains what he has learned from collaborators and why studio work is not a one-person job. Topics also include autotune, the music audiences connect with, concert energy and the relationship between two friends who perform together but work differently.
