INFAMOUS

Lazar Marinković, better known as Infamous, is a rapper, producer and audio engineer, a long-time member of the hip-hop band I.R.S. He has been active since the 2000s, while I.R.S. has grown into one of the best-known names in Niš rap. The group released the albums Definition of a city 2011 and 4 walls 2014, with a large number of singles and collaborations.

Infamous released their first solo album in 2017 Notes:, a project of a darker and more introspective tone on which, in addition to writing and rapping, he himself mixed most of the songs in the then newly formed Casual StudioOver time, the work behind the mixer has become an important part of his creativity, so today he has numerous projects behind him on which he signs recording, editing, mixing and mastering.

Seven years after the first Beleške, he released its sequel in 2024, “Beleške 2”, a ten-song album that confirms its continuity and author's approach to rap. His music is characterized by personal and introspective lyrics, raw hip-hop sound and a strong connection with Nis and the local scene. In addition to his work as an MC, Infamous has remained active behind the scenes through Casual Studio – as a man who participates in the complete process of creating a song, from the idea and recording to the final mix.
